United Applications Ltd specialises in building intelligent, compliance-focused tools for regulated industries. We combine over 30 years of hands-on construction industry experience with modern software engineering to produce tools that reflect how safety documentation actually works on UK construction sites.

RAMS AI was born from a simple observation: creating safety documentation shouldn't require hours of copying, pasting, and formatting. By combining modern web technology with AI, we've built a platform that generates professional, CDM 2015-aligned construction safety documents — designed to reduce generic copy, improve consistency, and help contractors produce clearer, more site-specific documents faster.

RAMS AI is built with reference to HSE guidance and structured around CDM 2015 requirements. It is not HSE approved or certified. All documents generated by RAMS AI should be reviewed and approved by a competent person — someone with sufficient knowledge, training, and experience of the work being assessed — before they are issued or used on site.
